Shipping & Sample Handling Policy

1. Shipping Provider

We partner with Shop&Ship (by Aramex) for the deliveries. By choosing this option during checkout, you agree to:

  • The terms outlined in this policy, and
  • Shop&Ship’s Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope

  • Contact us before planning to dispatch the sample to us.
  • The customer needs to deliver the sample to Local Shop&Ship (Aramex) Office.
  • Shop&Ship delivers to our location from your local destination.
  • Delivery timelines and availability depend on your location and Shop&Ship’s network coverage.

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Possible delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or other logistical factors.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other third parties.

4. Shipping Charges

  • No international shipping charges will be applied if shipping details are confirmed with us before dispatch.
  • Customers must prepare a Sample Invoice for smooth customs clearance.
  • Customer need to contact GEPL by email / Chat for further details about that.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Shop&Ship will provide a Tracking Number once your order is dispatched.
  • Customers should use Shop&Ship’s online tracking system for updates.

6. Packaging & Liability

  • Please pack items carefully before dispatch.
  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays once the package is in transit, unless required by law.

7. Restricted & Prohibited Items

  • Certain items cannot be shipped due to customs or regulatory restrictions.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring goods can be legally imported to the destination country.

8. Customs & Import Regulations

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and delays.
  • The customer is responsible for compliance with all import laws and regulations.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By selecting Shop&Ship as your delivery method, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

10. Sample Acceptance

After receiving the sample at Global Engi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. (GEPL), India, we will evaluate it as per our Sample Acceptance Policy.

11. Sample Testing

Once accepted, the sample will be tested in our GEPL Testing Lab. Only the required parameters, as decided by GEPL, will be shared with the customer.

12. Waste Disposal Process

GEPL will design a safe, environmentally friendly disposal process and related equipment. Details will be shared with the customer in accordance with GEPL’s terms and conditions.
